Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak sale periods or high-volume events, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Rates 

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately at tomagroliquidations@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
